I try to really choose what's most important for me to accomplish during my time when the kids are at school, and when they are home from school I'm in full Mom mode (helping with homework, playing outside, cooking dinner etc.) I very rarely film those moments because I'm just trying to be in the moment. I try to balance my energy with house work, business, and also my own personal growth and development (self care). This is an example of my personal routine aside from my family time.
