DIY Afternoon Clothesline Project + 2 Tips To Simplify Laundry Routine by Rachel Talbott

DIY Afternoon Clothesline Project + 2 Tips To Simplify Laundry Routine
Hey guys! We finally got around to a project we've been meaning to finish + I wanted to share 2 tips to simplify your laundry routine.. Since I was watching the boys while trying to film this video, I didn't get a chance to film all the details of how to create the clothesline, but if you'd like to build a similar clothesline here's some measurements- You'll need 3 4x4's 8 foot tall wood pieces. Cut one of those in half and used 8 inch wood screws to create the T. Brace with two pieces of 2x4s cut at 45 degree angles 21 inches long. We didn't use clothesline, but we recently bought some to add in the coming days because what we used will likely stretch out over time. Drill holes on both sides of the T's to put in some eye bolts. We put in three on both sides. Loop the clothesline through and tighten. To create added resistance my husband also added a line to the bottom back of the clothesline going into eye bolts in the ground and secured the line.
