Hey guys! I wanted to share some remedies I've been using for battling illness and pain in our home.. I've been struggling with chronic pain flair ups for the past year or so, so I've tried to find holistic approaches and keep my diet as clean as possible to prevent them. Elderberry Syrup- 1/2 Cup Elderberries 2 Cups Water 1 Tablespoon Ginger 2 Cinnamon Sticks 3 Whole Cloves Bring this mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 45 min. Bring to room temperature before adding equal parts honey. Fire Cider- 3-4 Garlic Cloves 1 tsp Grated Ginger 1 tsp Horseradish Dash of Cayenne Cover Apple Cider Vinegar De-Stress Calming Tea Blend - Chamomile, Lemon Balm & Catnip is a great calming tea blend for both adults and children. I make a cup for my boys and they love it with some local honey.
