My 10 Min Full Body Workout
Hey guys!! I recently canceled my gym membership and started working out daily at home.. On most days I like to squeeze in 20-45 minute burn in the mornings. I do the BrookBurkeBody App or My own combination of workouts.. I wanted to share a few moves I love to do.. Work up to 3 sets of 30 second burn outs for each of these moves.. It's a killer, I promise!! Even if you only have 10 minutes, start somewhere and work up to more.. A workout routine is one of my #1 self care habits.. I always try to find the time.. It's so worth it..
