Ooh, looky what actress/pop star/Dolly Parton’s goddaughter Miley Cyrus just bought. It’s a homey but modern farmhouse in Franklin, Tennessee. There are a lot of things to love about this one, so start scrollin’!
Miley’s Modern Farm House
The 33-acre property comes with a huge porch, a backyard pool, and a separate log cabin.
The Nashville Post reports she paid $5.8 million for it.
The article says:
Cyrus, the 24-year-old daughter of famed ‘90s country artist Billy Ray Cyrus, was originally born in Franklin but has most recently been living in the Los Angeles area. The Williamson County home originally was listed at $5.9 million, with the transaction having occurred in late July, according to property records.
The porches alone would sell me on this one!
The house was custom built in 2014.
The listing described the home as having a modern but rustic aesthetic.
Miley is a judge on “The Voice” and reportedly has a new album coming out in September.
The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 6,800 square feet.

Okay, I just looked up pics of Rayna’s kitchen, and I guess it’s the layout with the brick wall and beamed ceilings that are similar. This one is a lot lighter with the white cabinets.

I’m terrible at understanding lyrics, so I just make up my own words to songs. When her hit “Wrecking Ball” first came out, I thought she was singing “You came in like a rainbow.” Don’t ask me why.
My kids heard me singing along in the car one day and still tease me whenever the song comes on. “It’s your favorite song about rainbows, Mom!”

Miley’s main house is in Malibu, and she’s reportedly planning to keep it.
